I went to see the Leweys last night. It's weird being in that house without Bryant there. They seem to be holding up okay for now. Tori has moved into his room, but has left everything the same except for the sheets. Hannah seems to not really be affected. However, she is ten and could very well not care.
I feel for Jill though. Her son is a Marine Recruit and won't be home until mid-late January. Then he gets to stay home for ten days before leaving for infantry training. Then there is Mitch, who currently lives in Iraq more than he does in the States. Thankfully he's not a soldier, but there is always ever present danger. Jill has to be the strongest woman I know.
I should go over there more often, keep checks on them.
